1.The English Writingand Communication Center releases the tutoring appointment notice for the following week at 9:00 a.m.every Monday.Appointment applications close at 12:00(noon)every Friday.
2.Scan the QR code below, fill in your personal information in the questionnaire, and select an appropriate tutoring session. Be sure to use your Tongji University email address that matches your student ID; appointments using other email addresses will be considered invalid.

3.Submit the following materials via Wenjuanxin:
1)The writing draft to be revised (Completed drafts are preferred.Textrequirement: Microsoft Word document, named with your full name. Only one documentis tobe submitted per appointment.)
2)A description of your specific writing difficulties and the assistance you expect from the tutor.
3)Confirmation messages will be sent to your Tongji University email address in the order of valid questionnaire submissions. The final appointment result is subject to the email reply.
4)Attend the tutoring session on time.
5)Within two weeks after the tutoring session, students shall send their revised drafts to the Center’s official email: xueshu_xiezuo@126.com. All revised drafts will be kept confidential; theyare tobe archived and notto bedisclosed to the public.
Notes
1.Please read carefully the content of one-on-one tutoring in thesection of “About theCenter”. Make appointments and submit relevant essays in accordance with tutors’ expertise. We will contact you by email based on the order of valid appointments.
2.If you are unable to attend the scheduled tutoring due to special circumstances, please cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance via the Center’s official email: xueshu_xiezuo@126.com. Students who fail to attend without valid reasonsafter successful booking will lose all appointment privileges for the current semester.
